29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about July 10, 2017, an employee suffered injuries resulting from being caught-in an outfeed roller when using the Roll Feed Panel Rip saw to rip material as part of pallet making operations and the ingoing nip point and rotating roller were not provided with adequate machine guarding.
