29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about February 21, 2024, an employee working with and around the Holtec Variocut Saw located in Building 3 was exposed to fire related injuries and the employer had not ensured walking-working surfaces adjacent to the saw were free of wood dust and debris.
