29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)    Working near eave, west side of roof at 357-368 Manor Ln, Marlton, NJ: Employee improperly using fall protection (using excessively worn lifeline) approximately 20 feet above ground level was installing flashing at the edge, on or about 07/31/2017;  b)    West side of roof at 357-368 Manor Ln, Marlton, NJ: Employee improperly using fall protection (employee would fall more than 6 feet before his personal fall arrest would engage) with approximately 20 foot fall height from eave, on or about 07/31/2017;  c)    West side of roof at 357-368 Manor Ln, Marlton, NJ: Employees attaching underlayment were using their fall protection improperly (employees would probably hit the ground before engagement of their personal fall arrest system)with approximately 20 foot fall height from eave, on or about 07/31/2017.   NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
