29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about August 1, 2017, the employer failed to conduct at least annually, an audit of their written program for the control of hazardous energy or conduct an audit of their authorized employees as they perform the task of lock out tag out to ensure they are apply the requirements of performing lock out tag on various presses to include but not limited to the 200 ton stamping press (WSP-13). NOTE: The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it's equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection #997666, citation 1, item 1, which was affirmed as final order on December 11, 2014 with respect to the same workplace location.
