29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 3 August, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working from an aerial lift did not utilize fall protection, to prevent him from falling out or being ejected from the basket. The Spanish American Interiors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902636, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/11/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 21200 St. Andrews Blvd. Boca Raton, FL, 33431.
