29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  1) Star Drive, Eastampton Village, Eastampton, NJ:  On or about 08/08/2017, two REF Construction employees were framing a three story new construction townhome style residential structure.  The employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet and were not using any form of fall protection.
