29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 8/9/17: Employees were stripping a 5:12 pitch roof and a 3:12 dormer with a ground to eave height of 12 feed without fall protection of any kind. Michael C. Graham & Sons Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 407722, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/25/12, with respect to a workplace located at 809 Oswego Road, Liverpool, NY.
