29 CFR  1926.62(f)(3)(i)(A): Employers did not select, and provide to employees, the appropriate respirators specified in paragraph (d)(3)(i)(A) of 29 CFR 1910.134.  a) Site located at 600 Oswego St Liverpool, NY: On 11/10/2022 employer did not select, and provide employees performing siding and window removal contaminated with lead based paint with the appropriate respirator as specified in 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(A).  Employees were not  provided respirator while performing siding and window removal, prior to and during the performance of an exposure assessment, which required a respirator having an APF in excess of 50, per 29 CFR 1926.62(D)(2)(iv).
