A) Front Exterior of house: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 29 feet as they were using a material hoist as a ladder for access on to and off of the upper level of a structure, on or about June 26th, 2017.

J & J Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 988685, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 21st, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 41 Anderson Avenue in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
