29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): A) Right side of building, on or about August 11, 2017, an employee was working from the top plate of a wall installing floor joist without using fall protection equipment, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet and 12 feet. Jose Alberto Callejas-Cruz was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1087663 citation number (1), item number (1), and was affirmed on January 28, 2016, through an Informal Settlement Agreement with respect to a workplace located at 217 Tahoe Dr., pooler GA. Jose Alberto Callejas-Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 999051 citation number (1), item number (4), and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 417 Peachtree Drive, Rincon, GA. 31326.
