Two employees were using nailguns to install truss bracing. The employees were not wearing safety glasses and were thus exposed to potential eye injury from flying particles.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 31 Langport Dr., Medford, NJ: On or about Aug 16, 2017, Strong Contractors Inc. employees were conducting framing activities on a two story new construction single family residence. Two employees were observed climbing and working within the roof trusses The employees were not using any form of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards from 12 feet to greater than 20 feet. The employer, Strong Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1219850, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/23/17, with respect to a workplace located at Traditions of America Saucong Valley, Lot 3&4, Center Valley, PA
