The employer,  Strong Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1219850, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/23/17, with respect to a workplace located at Traditions of America Saucong Valley, Lot 3&4, Center Valley, PA
