29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. Store Sign: On or about August 17, 2017 two employees working in an aerial lift left the floor of the basket to enter the store sign they were working in. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): An employee(s) operating an aerial lift(s) was not properly trained: Store Sign: On or about August 17, 2017 an employee working at heights greater than ten feet did not retain the requisite understanding of fall protection systems on an aerial lift. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. Eureka Media Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.454(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1001319, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 Grant Ave, El Paso, TX 79930.

29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Store Sign: On or about August 17, 2017 an employee working from an aerial lift did not wear a harness with lanyard attached to the basket. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard. Eureka Media Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132242, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 122 Castellano, El Paso, TX 79912.
