29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) At the jobsite - On or about August 10, 2017, employees were performing steel erection and related work while standing on the work platform of a JLG 860 SJ Telescopic boom lift without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of about 160 inches (13.33 feet) onto earthen ground or concrete floor.
