NMD80 New Masonry Detergent (hydrochloric acid), etc. and Station Builders, Inc. did not develop and implement and a written hazard communication program; on or about 8/21/17.   Station Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212283, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1333 Bainbridge Street, Philadelphia, PA 19142.

REPEAT STATEMENT:  Station Builders Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1151506, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 601-605 Tillinghast Turn, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076.
