29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: location: North Building face on or about: 11/15/17 a) Employees, engaged in masonry work from a tubular welded frame scaffold, were not provided with fall protection. The employees were exposed to an approximate fall of 12 feet. The Station Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.454(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1178174, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 5/16/17, with respect to a workplace located at 18 West Girard Ave Philadelphia, PA 19123.
