29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Employees engaging in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not used.  ADJB Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159304, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9604 W 164th PL O Overland Park KS 66129.  ADJB Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1151688, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 123515 W. 163rd Terrace, Overland Park KS 66221.  ADJB Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109367, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26,2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9800W 163rd Street Overland Park KS 66221.
