29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At jobsite located at 9641 Brockway St, Lenexa, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the working platform to the concrete below in that fall protection was not utilized.  The ADJB Construction, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1330275, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/14/18, with respect to a workplace located at 9021 Barston St, Lenexa, KS.  The ADJB Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316724, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/23/19, with respect to a workplace located at 5905 W 137th St, Overland Park, KS.  The ADJB Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258860, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/17, with respect to a workplace located at 8023 166TH Terr, Overland Park, KS.
