29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i) or 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): On or about August 31, 2017 the employer had not properly labeled the various containers on site such as, but not limited to the iridium salts tote and numerous reactors in building one as to the appropriate hazardous contents within and/or the appropriate hazard warnings.
