29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. a. On or about August 31, 2017, located at the Arden Park Apartments at 5781 Hoover Falls Drive in Westerville, Ohio, employees were performing drywall finishing work from a Genie Z-80/60 aerial lift while standing on the top and mid rail of the basket, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 23 feet.

On or about August 31, 2017, located at the Arden Park Apartments at 5781 Hoover Falls Drive in Westerville, Ohio, employees were performing drywall finishing work from a Genie Z-80/60 aerial lift without wearing any fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 23 feet.
