29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Construction site, building D, E, - On or about August 23, 2017, an employee installing the firewall between units of two townhomes worked while standing on the top plate of the second floor without being protected from falling. b) Construction site, building D, E, F - On or about August 23, 2017, employees conducting carpentry work on the second floor were exposed to fall hazards at the unprotected front edge of the second floor and unprotected sides and edges of floor openings in the interior. Souza Contractors, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety And Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 891722, Citation Number 01, Item Number 01, and was affirmed as a Final Order on 4/25/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Alcott Way, Evesham, NJ 08053, and was also cited for a repeated violation of this Occupational Safety And Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1136226, Citation Number 02, Item Number 01, and was affirmed as a Final Order On 8/1/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Brentwood Ct, Colmar, PA 18915
