29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved container(s) or portable tank(s) were not used for the storage of flammable or combustible liquids: Outside Flammable Storage Cabinet-South Side of Building: Gasoline was stored in 5-gal unapproved red propylene containers that were bulging from the high outside temperature. These containers conformed to ANSI/ASTM F852 which is not a recognized test standard; in addition the testing laboratory (TSG) is not an Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).
