Condition observed on or about 09/14/17.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Block 83.01 - Lot 91, 315 Cedarwood Court, Manchester Township NJ: An employee, wearing a full body harness without a connector attached to it and an anchor, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing tar paper installation and other roof covering related activities from a roof with a pitch of approximately 8 on 12. Condition observed on or about 09/14/17. Strong Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1219850, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/23/17, with respect to a workplace located at Traditions of America, Saucon Valley, Lots 3, 4 & 84, Center Valley PA.
