29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On 7/24/2017, employees from Allen Siding and Roofing Co. were installing siding on the side of a residential building located 143 Wilmer Valley Drive, Wentzville, MO. Employees were working from pump jack scaffolding approximately 12 foot above the ground. Employees were not protected from falling to the lower level. Allen Roofing & Siding Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097882, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/4/2015, with respect to a workplace located at lot 32 located at the intersection of Scenic Drive and Cedar Mountain Court, Saint Peters, MO.
