29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502 On or about 30 October 2024, employees of Allen Roofing & Siding Company were doing work at 120 Fall Harvest Pkwy. One employee was observed on top of a two-story building performing work without fall protection. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to falls to the ground below. REPEAT- Allen Roofing & Siding Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1485586, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 21 October 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #22 Charlestowne Place in Saint Charles, Missouri. Allen Roofing & Siding Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1485730, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 21 October 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #33 Charlestowne Place in Saint Charles, Missouri.
