29 CFR 1910.35: Employer was not in compliance with the exit-route provisions of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, 2009 edition, or the exit-route provisions of the International Fire Code, 2009 edition.(incorporated by reference, see section � 1910.6). a) Roll storage warehouse: On or about October 3, 201, and at times prior, at 600 Dairy Pak Rd. Athens, GA 30607. The employer exposed employees to hazards such as burning and smoke inhalation, in that they did not ensure that a sign identified the refuge area as specified in the NFPA 101 code while employees were working in that area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
