29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) The employer does not require the use of fall protection while employees are installing wall studs on the second level floor of a residential house. The violation was most recently at Lot 9, Boykin Lakes Loop, Pike Road, Al. On October 4, 2017 the employer exposed employees building and setting wall studs on the second level floor to falls of 11 feet 5 inches to the ground on the outside and concrete floor on the inside access / stair area.
