Ash Pallet Management, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 990043, Citation 1, Item 4a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 61 McMillen Road, Antioch, IL, 60002.
