29 CFR 1910.157(f)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not hydrostatically tested within the intervals specified in Table L1: 1 At the USDA NRCS Logan extension office the Badger 250 mb-1 fire extinguisher located in pickup no A375956 was over 12 years old and had not been hydrostatic tested or replaced as required. 2 At the USDA NRCS Logan extension office the Badger 250 mb-1 fire extinguisher located in pickup no A375961 was over 12 years old and had not been hydrostatic tested or replaced as required. 3 At the USDA NRCS Logan extension office the Badger 250 mb-1 fire extinguisher located in pickup no G62 5036S was over 12 years old and had not been hydrostatic tested or replaced as required. The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251975, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/3/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2710 HWY 127, Logan, IA 51546. __________.
