29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(i):  Electric equipment was used without the markings of the manufacturer's name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified:  In the break area an unidentifiable relocatable power tap rated for 12 amp maximum load, supplied power to a 1200 watt (10 AMP) toastmaster toaster and a 11.3 amp Magic Chef microwave.    Abatement certification for this violation is required.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):  An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:  The Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan instructs upon discovery of a fire, if it cannot be easily extinguished to activate the fire alarm and evacuate the building.  All staff members were not provided an educational program to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting.  The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(g)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251874 , notice number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 204 W 5th St., Malvern IA. 51551.  Abatement certification and abatement document is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements, or monitoring results, and photographs or videos, which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the notice(s).

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4.  Overloaded relocatable power taps:  In the break area  A 1200 watt (10 AMP) toastmaster toaster and a 11.3 amp Magic Chef microwave were connected to an unidentifiable relocatable power tap rated for 12 amp maximum load.   The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1250360, notice number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/18/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2519 Southwest Avenue, Harlan, IA 51537.  Abatement certification and abatement document is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements, or monitoring results, and photographs or videos, which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the notice(s).
