The USDA-NRCS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(g)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251874 , notice number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 204 W 5th St., Malvern IA. 51551.  Abatement certification and abatement document is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements, or monitoring results, and photographs or videos, which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the notice(s).
