29 CFR 1910.157(f)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not hydrostatically tested within the intervals specified in Table L1:  The Badger fire extinguisher located in the Chevy Silverado pickup no 5843S was dated 2004 and beyond the 12 year requirement for hydrostatic testing or replacement.     The USDA-FSA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1248544, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/21/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1019 4th ST SE, Hampton, IA.   Abatement certification and abatement document is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements, or monitoring results, and photographs or videos, which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the notice(s).
