An annual educational program was not provided for FSA employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: The USDA-FSA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1248354, citation number1, item number3 and was affirmed as a final order on8/21/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1019 4th St. SE., Hampton, IA 50441.
