29 CFR 1910.36(d)(3): Exit route doors were locked from the inside, not only in mental, penal, or correctional facilities: a) The southeast exit door was locked from the inside. b) The northeast exit door leading into the east entry/exit route was locked from the inside. The US Department of Agriculture-FSA was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167409, Notice number 1, Item number 3, issued on 09/06/2016, and became a Final Order on 09/28/2016. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos, which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the notice(s).
