Roofer was observed cutting wood using a skill saw without eye/face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the residential construction site located at 621 NE 100th Street in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Roofers/framers were observed installing wood and working at height. Roofers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 12 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.
