29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the residential construction site located at lot 113 Colrain Ave in Kansas City, Missouri Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Employee was observed installing wood materials using a nail gun without eye/face protection. MJ & Sons Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1538710, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/22/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3727 NW 95th St in Kansas City, MO.

Framers were observed working at height. Framers were exposed to a fall distance of 30 feet eave to ground without the use of fall protection. MJ & Sons Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1538710, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/22/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3727 NW 95th St in Kansas City, MO.
