29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. At a residential worksite located at 3727 NW 95th St, KC MO -- employees performing framing duties by applying plywood sheeting were using pneumatic nail guns and did not have eye protection on. This exposed employees to struck by hazards in that particles could get in their eyes. This was documented on or about 06/28/2021.

This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 16 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 06/28/2021.
