29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a residential worksite located at 3727 NW 95th St, KC MO -- employees performing framing duties by applying plywood sheeting were using pneumatic nail guns and did not have eye protection on. This exposed employees to struck by hazards in that particles could get in their eyes. This was documented on or about 06/28/2021.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501   At a residential worksite located at 3727 NW 95th St, KC MO -- employees performing framing duties by laying plywood sheeting on roof were not protected by any kind of fall protection system. This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 16 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 06/28/2021.
