The most recent occurrence of this was observed on Oct 25, 2017 at the new home being built at 901 Edgewater Dr. Papillion, NE where the employer has a crew of 5 employees using an aluminum ladder set up on the rake on the west side of the roof as means of access/egress to the top roof of the home; the rake does not present the top rails of the ladder an even surface to rest on and create a tipping hazard.
