29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lamp holder with a guard. Maintenance Shop: An energized fluorescent tube was supported by two coat hangers instead of an approved electrical fixture. It is possible to make contact with the tube and break it and to come in contact with spliced wires used to energize the tube.

Current Safety Data Sheets (SDS's) to replace the former Material Safety Data Sheets; 2. A description of the new pictogram system; 3. A description of the labeling system that will be used in the workplace; 4. A list of chemical products currently being used
