29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  (a)  Broadstone Westside Apartments, 4th level of framing (6th floor): On or about 11/01/2017, and at times prior, The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 31-feet, 9-inches to the lower level, in that guardrails were not installed along all open sides of the walking/working surfaces as employees were engaged in framing activities.    (b) Broadstone Westside Apartments, 2nd level of framing (4th floor): On or about 11/01/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 21-feet, 4-inches to the lower levels, in that guardrails were not installed in doorways to prevent access to falls below in areas where plywood sheathing was not installed.
