29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Alliance Residential Company located at 8369 Lowery Blvd, Denver, CO 80230: On and preceding July 5th 2018, the controlling employer did not ensure that stairways having four or more risers were equipped with at least one handrail. The internal staircase which led from the ground level to the second floor was a means for accessing the second level for all workers carrying tools and equipment. The following condition exposed employees to falls from height.
