29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 10344 Duncannon Tr., Montgomery, Alabama: On or about November 6, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 9 inches to the ground below. THE DIAZ PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTION, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1165778, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 25, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10353 DUNCANNON TRAIL, MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1176811, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 29, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9366 TURNBERRY PARK DR., MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA .
