Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to a 110 volt electrical shock hazard. The ground pin was missing of an electrical extension use to connect a circular saw.

Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to a 110 volt electrical shock hazard. Strain relief was not provided for the female plug end of the extension cord providing power to the circular saw.
