29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a residential construction site located at 6728 Rockhill Rd, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees engaged in roofing activities was exposed to fall hazards as he worked at the edge of a roof surface of approximately 20-23 feet from the ground below at the  without fall protection.   HERNANDEZ CONSTRUCTION AND MORE LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256457 , citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/18/2018 with respect to a workplace located at 1236 Horizon Drive, Blue Springs, MO . 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):   Where a portable ladder was used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface being accessed, and the ladder was secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.  At the residential construction site located at 6728 Rockhill Rd, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to a fall hazards while using a ladder that did not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.   HERNANDEZ CONSTRUCTION AND MORE LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256457 , citation number 51 item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1236 Horizon Dr., Blue Springs, Missouri.
