29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed on or about April 6, 2022, at the jobsite located at 9408 Cleveland Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64132. The employer failed to ensure that employees who are performing residential roofing activities at the jobsite be adequately protected from falling off the roof of the structure.  Employees are exposed to potentially fatal injuries that could result due to falling from the roof of the structure.   Hernandez Construction and more LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1464382, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/13/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 9968 Miramar St, Olathe KS 66061.  Hernandez Construction and more LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459888, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6728 Rockhill Rd, Kansas City, MO 64130.  Hernandez Construction and more LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1339856, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2107 NE 114th St, Kansas City, MO 64155.  Hernandez Construction and more LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1276177, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/31/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 13906 Timberidge St, Kansas City MO, 64152.  Hernandez Construction and more LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256457, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1236 Horizon Drive, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
