29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)Integrity Construction, Inc. at 5900 Tanner Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57103:  On and prior to November 8, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees were installing trusses on a multi-family residential project not utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to falls while working from the exterior top plates of the structure and within the webbing of the trusses. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8-feet on the top plates and 14-feet while working in the trusses.
