29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. 2900 Rolling Pin Lane, Suwanee, GA (Line #1 Box Stop Case Machine) - Employees were exposed to struck-by/caught-between hazard. The stop box roller was not equipped with a guard over the moving part/roller bar, to prevent employees from getting fingers caught and/or struck-by the bar when the employees are removing the excess stuck box tape on the box stop bar, 11/14/17.
