29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices:  a.  a. 2900 Rolling Pin Lane, Suwanee, GA (Line 1 Make up - Divider Ram Area) - On or about July 20, 2022, the employees/machine operators were exposed to sudden energization or start-up of the single energy source machines by inserting hands into the hazardous area without fully deenergizing the divider ram area for cleaning and/or removing out old dough. The employer did not ensure that employees/operators received effective training and fully comprehended and/or provided adequate lockout/tagout training, according to the written machine specific procedures.
