MCC Room near Plant Entrance: Covers were not installed at the top of the Allen-Bradley 480 volt motor control center and also on horizontal wall mounted raceway located above the motor control center enclosure. B. Main Electrical Room: A large Westinghouse 480 volt circuit breaker enclosure was missing to vent louvers on the right side. C. Small Electrical Room: A cover was missing from the top of the Allen-Bradley 480 volt motor control center and a section of raceway was not provided with a cover above the entrance door.
