Violation observed on or about November 29, 2017 b. 1249 Lansdowne Terrace, Plainfield, NJ - Garage Roof An employee engaged in gutter cleaning activities was observed carrying a ECHO 2-Cycle Gas Handheld Power Blower (leaf blower) in his hand as he descended an extension ladder from the roof of the garage to the ground. Violation observed on or about November 29, 2017
