Employees were exposed to fall hazards associated with residential gutter cleaning. On or about October 8, 2018, an employee engaged in residential gutter cleaning activities worked from a roof of a residential home without fall protection.    Among other feasible means, feasible means of abatement include:  Upgrade all training processes and materials;  Develop a formal job hazard analysis;  implement safety and health management systems;  Develop competent person training for managers.
