For cases where the employee was out for an extended period of time, the employer did not update the day count when the actual number of days was known:  (a) 5197 Commerce Drive, York Pennsylvania, 2017 OSHA 300 Log - An employee received a fracture to the eye socket.  The employer did not place a check mark in Column H for days away from work and place the number of days away in Column K, on or about December 1, 2017.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
